In 1979, Aurel Freschette and Dennis Weedman established A&D Sales in Lindsay, Ontario.  Peter Joyce started working for A&D Sales in 1983.  In 2009, Peter and Angela Joyce, located in Selby, Ontario, purchased the company as AD Snacks.
